About The Position

This role focuses on the Workday Financial modules, requiring deep functional knowledge for business processes, configurations, and stakeholder interactions. Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in most or all of the following modules: Banking and Settlement, Budgets, Business Asset Accounting, Business Asset Tracking, Cash Management, Common Financial Management, Financial Accounting, Miscellaneous Payments, Organizations and Roles, Supplier Accounts, Suppliers
• Strong understanding of Workday Financials
• Experience in configuration, business process setup, and functional design
• Solid knowledge of finance operations and accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)
• Experience in Workday reporting (Basic & Advanced reports)
• Ability to work closely with business users and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization

Nice To Haves

• Workday Financials certification (Functional)
• Experience in end-to-end implementation or support projects
• Exposure to multi-entity / multi-currency environments

Responsibilities

• Lead functional configuration of Workday Financial modules
• Gather and analyze business requirements from finance stakeholders
• Design and implement end-to-end financial business processes
• Support UAT, testing, and production deployment
• Provide post-go-live support and system enhancements
• Partner with finance teams for process improvements and optimization
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting standards
