About The Position

Ensures exceptional customer satisfaction by providing tier 2 troubleshooting assistance. Ensures timely resolution of problems, ensures customers are informed of unresolved issues, and engages other analysts directly to resolve challenging issues. Requires Resolute HB/PB Claims and Remittance experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Epic certification in Resolute Hospital (HB) and Professional Billing (PB) upon hire.
  • 3 years recent relevant experience.
  • Proven expertise in architecture, design, development, and ongoing support to the Epic application.

Nice To Haves

  • Resolute HB/PB Claims and Remittance experience.
