About The Position

Prominence Advisors is actively seeking an Epic PB/HB analyst to support a post go-live optimization project at a large, multi-entity health system following a recent Epic implementation. Requirements

Epic PB and/or HB certifications
3+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Get into the Epic build itself and diagnose billing or claim-edit issues at the source.
Correct upstream workflow, build/configuration, and data-quality issues while helping reduce outstanding inventory.
Work closely with your track's leader on the areas of highest impact.
Bring strong charge capture analysis, revenue capture, and revenue integrity skills — relevant across all three tracks.
