About The Position

Seasonal Opportunity for Clinical Professionals — Support Epic Go-Live ChristianaCare is seeking clinical professionals to provide real-time support to caregivers during our Epic launch. This short-term role offers a meaningful way to earn additional income while strengthening your Epic skills. What You’ll Do Provide in-person Epic navigation support to nurses, physicians, therapists, pharmacists, and other clinical staff. Assist with documentation, medication workflows, order review, results viewing, patient movement, and worklist navigation. Help users understand workflow steps and locate the tools they need in Epic. Capture and escalate issues to the command center or application teams. Reinforce training, tip sheets, and standard procedures. Participate in huddles and collaborate with unit leadership and super users. What You Bring Clinical experience (e.g., Pharmacist, PT, OT, SLP). Experience using Epic in clinical care. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Comfort working in busy clinical environments. Requirements
