About The Position

Accenture is hiring an experienced Epic Willow Inpatient or Ambulatory certified consultant for its Advanced Technology Centers. Depending on the client engagement, the consultant will collaborate with Accenture teams, software vendors, and clients on Epic-related implementation, optimization, upgrades, and application support. The role is hybrid and requires three days per week in the office. Hiring locations are Nashville, Tennessee; Atlanta, Georgia; Dallas, Texas; and Columbus, Ohio.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in Healthcare IT in an Epic Willow Inpatient or Willow Ambulatory Analyst role.
Experience and certification in Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 12 years of work experience; alternatively, an associate degree with a minimum of 6 years of work experience.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of experience working for a consulting firm.
Experience in at least one full Epic implementation.
Experience with Epic Orders, Epic Clinical Documentation, Epic Cupid, Epic Radiant, or Epic ASAP.

Responsibilities

Document current-state business workflows.
Assist with analyzing and designing new business workflows.
Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
Provide input into high-level functional specifications.
Work with project managers, architects, business analysts, and other team members to define application metrics and performance goals.
Help transition requirements and use cases to ensure they are clearly and completely understood.
Help translate requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.
Participate in quality management reviews of design and work-product performance to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
Perform or advise on system configuration and integration setup, and assist with testing.
Serve as an intermediary between the client's Epic team and Accenture technical leads to support shared understanding of data structures, workflows, and technology capabilities and limitations.
Assist in developing and documenting data requests and source-to-target mapping.
Perform other duties as assigned.
