About The Position

The EOL Tester works in end-of-line testing, final assembly, and production assembly. Employees may work at any station during the day based on staffing and production demands, or be assigned to a specific workstation according to their experience, training, and skill level. This is an on-site position, five days per week, on second shift. The role requires keeping up with production takt time, following 5S standards, and working effectively in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.

Requirements

• At least 1–3 months of final assembly experience.
• Basic math skills, including understanding decimals and fractions for measurement.
• Ability to read and write English to understand assembly directions, work order packets, and safety instructions.
• Completion of basic forklift training and safety orientation.
• Ability to use and work with power tools and power wires.
• Good verbal communication and analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work in a team setting and demonstrate a positive work attitude.
• Ability to keep up with a high volume of work in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds as requested.
• Ability to learn more than one workstation.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-of-line testing, final assembly, and production assembly.
• Work at the designated workstation and rotate between stations as staffing, production demands, experience, training, and skill level require.
• Meet takt time.
• Follow 5S standards for the work area.
