Requirements
- Ability to perform the essential physical functions of the job.
- Clear and concise verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate using two‑way radios.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Ability to multi-task.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms including urinals, toilets, mirrors, sinks, floors, walls & ceilings.
- Restock restrooms supplies. (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.)
- Remove trash and install new trash bag.
- Clean common areas, including vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
- Clean tenant office spaces, including vacuuming, dusting (high and low), restroom cleaning, and floor care.
- Maintain cleanliness in the food court, including wiping tables, rearranging seating, mopping spills, and removing trash.
- Move and arrange tables, chairs, or equipment for contracted events.
- Ensure a consistently clean and safe environment throughout all assigned buildings.
