About The Position

The Cleaning Technician is responsible for cleaning assigned areas and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. The work includes sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors; cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, break rooms, and shared office spaces; emptying and cleaning trash and recycling bins; and restocking and ordering cleaning supplies. The position may be performed independently or in a small cleaning group and requires attention to detail, pride in quality work, and the ability to respond to changing priorities to meet customer demands.

This is an onsite role on a Vermeer campus. No travel is expected. The position is on first shift. Its physical demands include continuous standing; frequent walking; occasional sitting, twisting, bending, reaching, squatting or kneeling, and climbing; and handling pushing, pulling, gripping, pinching, and lifting at the frequencies and weights listed in the posting.
