About The Position

ScrubLV Cleaning Services is hiring dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to provide residential and office cleaning services throughout the Las Vegas metropolitan area. As a W-2 employee, the technician follows the company’s established procedures, quality standards, and customer service expectations.

The role has variable scheduling: actual hours and assignments depend on customer demand, scheduling needs, and employee availability, and specific weekly paid hours are not guaranteed. Technicians must be available at least four days per week and maintain a scheduling availability window of at least five hours on each selected day. Saturday availability is preferred but not required. Reasonable accommodations are considered as required by applicable law.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour for hours worked, plus 100% of eligible customer tips attributable to the employee under applicable policy. The role also provides $3.00 per hour worked in supply reimbursement under current written policy; employees must maintain an approved, job-ready cleaning kit. Compensable travel time between assigned jobs is paid, and job-to-job mileage is reimbursed at the applicable IRS business mileage rate. Ordinary commuting between home and the first or last assignment is excluded under written policy.

Requirements

• Be reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality cleaning.
• Be able to follow instructions, checklists, and safety procedures.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for traveling between assignments.
• Be able to perform physical cleaning work, including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 20 pounds, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be willing to complete applicable, lawful pre-employment screening.
• Be available at least four days per week and for at least a five-hour scheduling window on each selected day.

Responsibilities

• Clean residential homes and office spaces throughout the Las Vegas metropolitan area.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
• Follow ScrubLV’s professional cleaning procedures and assignment checklists.
• Work independently or alongside another assigned cleaner.
• Maintain cleaning quality while working within scheduled service times.
• Promptly report property damage, safety concerns, and service issues.
• Communicate professionally with customers and the ScrubLV office.
• Travel between assigned job locations when scheduled.
• Maintain required safety and quality standards at all times.
• Maintain an approved, job-ready cleaning kit.
