About The Position

The Environmental Services Technician performs a variety of cleaning and sanitation tasks throughout the healthcare facility to help ensure compliance with infection control standards and regulatory requirements. The role contributes to a healthy, hygienic environment that supports patient healing and well-being.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is listed as a preferred qualification.
• Prior hospital environmental services experience is preferred.
• Prior work experience following written and verbal instructions is preferred.
• Previous experience performing manual tasks is preferred.
• Prior experience working with the public or in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods during each shift.
• Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
