About The Position

Sodexo is currently seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 2 for Jackson South Medical Center in Miami, FL, part of the Jackson Health system. This is a 262 bed hospital, this manager will oversee a team of approximately 30 housekeepers and floor techs on the evening shift, approximate hours 2PM-11PM, mainly M-F, weekends and holidays as needed. Sodexo offers a range of services to healthcare facilities, including food, nutrition, environmental, facilities management, healthcare technology management, retail, and patient experience services. Requirements

• Experience leading, training and managing a team
• A leader who develops and motivates a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service delivery
• Customer service and/or guest satisfaction in a healthcare or hospitality
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work independently to drive program
• Monitor compliance and reach project target dates of completion
• Experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines
• Results and safety driven
• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores
• Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff
• Works closely with the Infectious Control department
• Lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives
• Effectively manage the Unit Operating System
• Support a diverse and inclusive workforce
