Environmental Service Supervisor
About The Position
The Environmental Service Supervisor assists with supervising the day-to-day activities of the Housekeeping/Laundry department. The role follows applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations for long-term care, as well as direction from the Environmental Services Director, to help ensure the community is clean, safe, and sanitary. The supervisor advances a resident-first approach, recognizes the community as residents’ home, helps create a sense of home, and models person-centered care. The position is at Aberdeen Heights. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, plus shift and weekend differential under the employer’s Premium Pay Plan.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in housekeeping or laundry in a health care setting is desired.
- Experience as a supervisor is desired.

Responsibilities
