About The Position

BMS CAT is a disaster restoration company that supports customers from initial clean-up through complete rebuilds, handling commercial and residential projects. The Environmental Supervisor facilitates the abatement process and helps maintain compliance with regulatory and safety requirements. The role leads asbestos abatement for projects and also performs restoration and water-damage work as directed by management.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a Restoration Technician.
Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.
Willingness to work in fire, smoke, and/or water damage environments; company-provided PPE will be supplied when required.
Ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds.
Professional appearance and a great attitude.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Reliability and punctuality.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as an Environmental Lead or Supervisor.

Responsibilities

Prepare documentation and pictures according to company policies and procedures.
Perform water-damage repair, including water extraction, packing out contents, removing and disposing of non-salvageable materials, light construction, and demolition as directed by management.
Provide company management with timely and accurate information about project progress and status.
Keep the truck clean, properly stocked, and organized, and maintain company equipment.
Assist with warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
Participate in training as needed or required.
Lead asbestos abatement for projects and help facilitate all aspects of the abatement process while adhering to compliance, regulatory, and safety requirements.
