Environmental Project Director -Senior Phase I ESA Reviewer/Environmental Professional

CRETELLIGENTTown of Berlin, NY
$80,000 - $135,000Remote

About The Position

CREtelligent is hiring an Environmental Project Director (EPD) to serve as a senior technical reviewer and signing Environmental Professional (EP) for Phase I ESAs across our national commercial real estate portfolio. You will own the quality and defensibility of our deliverables — reviewing reports, providing final EP opinions, and partnering with clients on complex transactions. You'll work alongside a tight-knit EP team — reviewing reports, signing off on EP opinions, and engaging directly with clients on the calls and questions that move transactions forward. CREtelligent pairs advanced data and analytics with best-in-class review practices, so you spend your time on the technical judgment that matters rather than chasing down records. You'll review a high volume of Phase I ESAs each year across a national commercial real estate portfolio — a steady, high-quality deal flow that lets you build deep pattern recognition across markets, asset types, and lender scopes.
