Environmental Operator
About The Position
The Environmental Operator fully supports and promotes the initiatives of the Responsible Care Management System. This role is responsible for maintaining workplace organization through the execution of 5S quality principles and related practices. The operator will manage the plant's wastewater treatment system, sandbeds, dewatering plant, waste pickup & disposal, Maalox operations, and all associated equipment to ensure efficient and effective performance and 100% compliance. This includes executing preventative maintenance, reviewing and recording daily readings, conducting daily sampling, and making necessary adjustments to operating parameters. The operator must ensure adherence to ISO-9002 policies and procedures and participate in ISO program audits. Consistent field monitoring and adjustments to the WWTS are required throughout the shift, regardless of weather conditions. The role also includes responsibility for all functions on the onsite landfill, including the operation of heavy equipment. Additional duties may be assigned by the Manager.

Responsibilities
