WSP is seeking an experienced Environmental Client Service Leader in the Northern California (NorCal) market to lead the development and execution of an environmental business strategy focused on growth, client service excellence, and market leadership. This role is central to expanding WSP’s presence in NorCal by increasing sales with existing clients and strategically broadening our client base. The ideal candidate brings established relationships with SFPUC, SMUD, PG&E, Caltrans, and/or DWR, along with a broad environmental background spanning compliance, geotechnical, planning/permitting, natural and cultural resources, water, climate resilience, waste, and/or remediation. Experience working across multiple markets—power, water, state/municipal, federal, and industrial/commercial—is essential to success in this role. This position is a seller‑doer opportunity with a strong emphasis on business development, strategic growth, and client relationship management. You will lead client engagement strategies, identify and pursue new opportunities, and collaborate with technical and operational leaders to position WSP for long‑term success. In addition, you will oversee client service delivery across a diverse portfolio, ensuring high‑quality outcomes and consistent alignment with client expectations. As a key member of the Earth & Environment California Region leadership team, you will contribute to regional strategy, mentor emerging leaders, and help shape the future of our environmental practice. This role offers the ability to influence major infrastructure and environmental programs across Northern California while working within a collaborative, high‑performing team.
