About The Position
Intertek is seeking an Environmental Technician Intern for the summer of 2026 to join their Environmental team in Saint Louis, Missouri. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Science / Biology / Other applicable science related degree
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to lift items with weights more than 40 pounds multiple times as needed to complete project requirements
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable driving record required
Responsibilities
- Assist with asbestos, lead-based paint, and mold surveys
- Assist with asbestos, lead-based paint, and mold abatement monitoring
- Assist with asbestos, lead-based paint, and mold clearance sampling
- Support Phase I Environmental Site Assessments
- Support Phase II subsurface investigations
- Support remedial site activities
