About The Position

Victory Automotive Group is hiring an Entry-Level Service Technician to service and repair vehicles according to established standards and procedures. The technician may also perform pre-delivery service on new vehicles to ensure they are in excellent working order. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced team environment. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Professional and dependable.

• Basic computer and internet skills.

• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Some post-secondary automotive training.
• Dealer-level or large-facility experience.
• Additional certifications, such as National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness while performing service or repairs.
• Perform routine service inspections or tests and complete standard maintenance jobs.
• Complete required documentation in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Help maintain shop appearance and safety standards, including stocking inventory and performing other general functions to keep the shop efficient.
• Follow shop policies, procedures, safety rules, and environmental rules.
• Attend required staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
