Entry Level Sales Representative
About The Position
Cleft of the Rock is hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative to help businesses and individuals protect their people and financial security through supplemental insurance solutions. The representative works directly with business owners, decision-makers, and individual clients to explain benefits and help them choose coverage. This is a full-time independent contractor role in a local territory, conducted in person. Compensation is commission-based, with average annual earnings of $65,000–$85,000 for entry-level agents. An optional base draw is available during the first six weeks. The company offers comprehensive training, hands-on mentorship, licensing assistance and reimbursement, and a supportive, service-oriented team culture.

- Participate in weekly trainings and development meetings to grow skills.
