Entry Level Sales Representative
About The Position
Cleft of the Rock is hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative to help businesses and individuals protect their people and financial security through supplemental insurance solutions. The role works directly with business owners, decision-makers, and individual clients to explain benefits and help them select coverage that protects their teams, families, and themselves. It is an in-person position serving a local territory and involves independent, face-to-face relationship building. The company offers comprehensive training, hands-on mentorship, licensing assistance and reimbursement, and a supportive, service-oriented team culture. Compensation is commission-based, with stated average annual earnings of $65,000–$85,000 for entry-level agents. An optional base draw is available during the first six weeks.
