Entry Level Sales Associate
About The Position
North Rising Star is hiring an Entry Level Sales Associate to represent client campaigns face to face in neighborhoods and communities across the Twin Cities and help interested people sign up. The role emphasizes accuracy over aggressive quotas and building trust through in-person interactions. Associates learn each campaign before representing it, have honest and informed conversations, answer questions accurately, and assist interested people with completing sign-ups. The position is full-time and on-site in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. It offers weekly base pay plus performance-based incentives, including commissions, paid hands-on training, ongoing coaching and mentorship, clear expectations, and performance-based advancement opportunities into team leadership, training, and campaign management. Daily goals are reviewed with a coach.
Requirements
- Clear communication skills and enjoyment of meeting people.

- No previous sales experience is required.
