About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring an entry-level representative for a fully remote, independent contractor role serving clients interested in supplemental benefits. The representative presents benefit options tailored to individuals and families, supports clients through enrollment, conducts virtual consultations, and maintains accurate digital records and timely follow-up. Client interest is inbound; cold calling is not required. The role includes training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and professional development. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before performing licensed insurance activities and are responsible for applicable pre-licensing coursework, exams, and state licensing requirements at their own expense. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state.
Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection, computer or laptop, webcam, and a professional remote workspace.
- Confidence with virtual meetings and everyday digital tools.
- Organized, self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working independently.
- Interested in a performance-based career and professional growth.
