About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring for a fully remote, independent contractor opportunity supporting individuals and families with supplemental benefit options. The role is aimed at people interested in a service-oriented, performance-based career, including recent or soon-to-be graduates, and does not require prior insurance experience. The company provides training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and professional development. The position involves virtual client consultations, relationship building, attentive service, and support through the insurance enrollment process. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and complete any required pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state requirements at their own expense. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Have strong communication and people skills.
- Have a self-starter mindset and strong organizational skills.
- Have a reliable high-speed internet connection, a computer or laptop, and a webcam.
- Be confident in virtual meetings and familiar with digital tools.
- Provide a professional remote workspace.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
- Be self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working independently.
