About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring for a fully remote, independent contractor role focused on helping individuals and families select supplemental benefit options. The position is suited to recent or soon-to-be graduates and others interested in a service-first, people-focused career. Team members conduct virtual client consultations, support enrollment, provide client service, and maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communications. The role offers training, mentorship, licensing guidance, ongoing professional development, and potential advancement into leadership. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, with weekly performance-based pay, monthly and quarterly bonuses, and potential renewal income. This is not an hourly or salaried position. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities; required pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements are at the candidate’s expense. Licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Provide a Windows laptop or PC, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
- Be confident with virtual meetings and everyday digital tools.
- Be self-motivated, organized, coachable, and able to work independently.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
Nice To Haves
- Customer service or consultative background is a plus but not required.
- Recent or soon-to-be graduates in business, marketing, or communications may be a good fit.
Responsibilities
