Position Summary: The FSQA Associate acts as a hands-on resource for daily food safety and quality checks, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and Grandma Quality expectations. This role supports the Supervisor in training and guiding Associates.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in food safety preferred.
2+ years of FSQA or QA experience in food manufacturing.
Familiarity with HACCP, GMPs, and basic microbiological concepts.
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.
Work in cold/hot environments and wear PPE consistently.
Experience Food manufacturing.
Spanish (Required)
Ability to Commute: Farmingdale, NY 11735 (Required)

Responsibilities

Perform pre-op inspections, in-process checks, and finished product evaluations.
Verify sanitation completion and environmental monitoring results.
Maintain accurate FSQA records and assist with audit preparation.
Train Associates on proper inspection techniques and documentation.
Report deviations and assist in root cause analysis.
