About The Position
California Steel Industries is building a hiring pool of qualified applicants for semi-skilled production and support occupations. Prior manufacturing experience is not required; all necessary training will be provided on the job. Some roles involve moderate to heavy lifting and may be physically demanding. Candidates must be willing to work any shift and be committed to a drug-free environment. Safety is the highest priority, and teammates must initiate, lead, and uphold safety practices, policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. Teammates must be able to perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. English communication is an essential safety requirement, although some portions of the hiring process will be available in English and Spanish. The position pays $25.39 per hour plus a production bonus.
