About The Position

Carvana is hiring an Entry-Level Post-Production Auto Technician to help prepare vehicles in a high-tech Inspection Center. The role involves light maintenance, fluid checks, and quality inspections to identify imperfections or repairs needed during the post-production process. Carvana offers training programs for entry-level employees so their skills and pay can progress with the company. The position requires professional automotive repair experience, the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, and availability for mandatory overtime when business needs require it.

Requirements

At least 6 months of professional automotive repair experience.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, with possible exposure to heat or cold.
Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
