About The Position
This role is for an Automotive A Technician who possesses a strong personal toolset, experience with diagnostic software, and a high standard for efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate is a leader in the shop, mentoring others or setting the standard for quality work. Responsibilities include performing oil changes, brakes, tires, and maintenance with precision, diagnosing and repairing issues using proven, methodical processes, handling engine work and deeper repairs with confidence, completing welding work as needed, and keeping the workspace organized and efficient. The technician will also lead by example and help develop B and C Techs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of auto repair experience
- Strong diagnostic ability and mechanical knowledge
- Reliable, steady work ethic —someone the team can count on
- Takes pride in clean, accurate, consistent work
- Comfortable following systems and processes
- Leadership mindset (formal or informal)
