About The Position

Dent Wizard is seeking an Entry-Level Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician. No experience is needed as comprehensive, paid training is provided. This role involves repairing minor dents and dings on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process. The technician will travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site, review completed work with customers, write work orders, and negotiate approvals. The position also requires building strong customer relationships and promoting Dent Wizard's services. Requirements

Aptitude with hand tools
Interest in learning a new skill
Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
