About The Position

Requirements
- Interest in marketing, promotions, brand management, or event marketing
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with the public
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Team-oriented mindset with a professional attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or events is helpful but not required

Responsibilities
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns, brand activations, and live promotional events
- Engage directly with customers to increase brand awareness and communicate key messaging
- Represent client brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and energy
- Support event setup, logistics, on-site coordination, and breakdown
- Collect customer feedback and assist with tracking campaign performance
- Collaborate with marketing and event teams to achieve campaign goals
- Maintain a positive, professional presence while representing partner brands
