About The Position
We are currently hiring enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level Marketing & Promotions Assistants. This is an excellent opportunity to launch a career in marketing, brand promotions, event marketing, experiential marketing, and customer engagement. No prior experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on experience, and one-on-one mentorship from day one, helping you build confidence and professional skills in a real-world environment. In this role, you will represent national brands at live events and promotional activations. You’ll support marketing campaigns, assist with product launches, and help execute interactive brand experiences that increase awareness and customer engagement. This is a high-energy, people-focused position ideal for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced, public-facing environments.
Requirements
- Interest in marketing, promotions, brand management, or event marketing
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with the public
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, reliable, and coachable with a strong work ethic
- Team-oriented mindset with a professional attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent required (marketing or communications background is a plus)
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or events is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, brand activations, and live promotional events
- Engage directly with customers to increase brand awareness and communicate key messaging
- Represent client brands with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm
- Support event setup, logistics, on-site coordination, and breakdown
- Collect customer feedback and assist in tracking campaign performance
- Collaborate with marketing and event teams to achieve campaign objectives
- Maintain a positive, professional presence while representing partner brands
