About The Position

Dent Wizard is seeking an Entry-Level Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician. No prior experience is needed as comprehensive, paid training is provided. This role involves repairing minor dents and dings on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process. Responsibilities include traveling to customer locations, reviewing completed work with customers, writing work orders, and building strong customer relationships. The position offers unlimited, uncapped earning potential, with a starting compensation of $21.00/hour during training, transitioning to a phased combo compensation of hourly rate and commission. Long-term earning potential ranges from $60,000-$150,000+.

Requirements

Aptitude with hand tools
Interest in learning a new skill
Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
