About The Position
Team Murph is seeking an enthusiastic, driven Entry-Level Restaurant Manager to join its Domino’s Pizza team. The role oversees daily restaurant operations, manages and trains staff, and helps ensure guests receive a high-quality dining experience. A progressive training program is provided in a dynamic environment to prepare the successful candidate for a management career. The manager also performs general team member duties, including operating restaurant equipment; managing inventory from delivery through storage and preparation; preparing products and handling telephone orders; conducting inventory checks and paperwork; and maintaining the cleanliness of the facility and equipment.
Requirements
- One year of management experience; previous Domino’s experience is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must comply with image standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently or with a team, work under stress, and adhere to strict quality standards.
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand or move around for up to 100% of shifts.

Responsibilities
- Drive restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
- Represent and enhance the Domino’s brand through professionalism, enthusiasm, and effective communication.
- Monitor daily sales, food costs, and labor, making adjustments and following up as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Train team members effectively.
- Establish and maintain high customer service levels.
- Motivate staff and lead by example.
- Safeguard cash, inventory, and other assets according to company guidelines.
- Operate restaurant equipment.

- Prepare products and handle telephone orders.
- Conduct inventory checks and complete necessary paperwork.
