About The Position
Wegmans is seeking an Entry Level Manager to lead employees in a people-first, dynamic retail environment. The role provides opportunities to develop leadership skills through one-on-one mentoring and developmental events, while building an understanding of store operations, business measures, and Wegmans’ values. Opportunities are available across Service, Merchandising, Perishable, and Culinary departments.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of work experience or a college degree.
- Computer skills.
- Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities
