About The Position

Edelman is looking for an Entry Level Electrician who wants to learn the trade hands-on from senior installers, build real skills every day, and work toward running jobs on their own. This is an opportunity to learn a skill that pays off for the rest of your career.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of residential electrical install experience.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Valid driver's license, insurable through our company carrier.
• Tools required for Install Level 2 work (we'll give you the list).
• Safety-first, detail-oriented, and ready to learn from the people who've been doing this for years.

Nice To Haves

• Electrical Training Certificate or completed Level 1 Electrical Skills.

Responsibilities

• Install basic wiring, outlets, lights, and switches to company standard under the guidance of a senior installer — with growing independence as your skills build.
• Pull romex and low-voltage cable, and run branch circuits to meet National Electric Code.
• Tie in outlets, lights, and switches (single-pole and 3-way), and build standard residential services.
• Follow blueprints and building codes to box, drill, and route wiring exactly where it needs to go.
• Prep and protect the space, keep the truck stocked and clean, and leave every site better than you found it.
• Track materials, hit target hours, and use ServiceTitan to keep the job moving without needing a manager to hold your hand.
