Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of residential electrical install experience.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license and insurable through the company carrier.
• Possession of tools required for Install Level 2 work.
• Safety-first, detail-oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Install basic wiring, outlets, lights, and switches to company standard under the guidance of a senior installer, with growing independence.
• Pull romex and low-voltage cable, and run branch circuits to meet National Electric Code.
• Tie in outlets, lights, and switches (single-pole and 3-way), and build standard residential services.
• Follow blueprints and building codes to box, drill, and route wiring.
• Prep and protect the job site space, keep the truck stocked and clean, and ensure the site is left in good condition.
• Track materials, hit target hours, and use ServiceTitan to manage job progress.
