About The Position
The Entry Level Client Representative supports customer accounts for a home improvement client, working directly with customers to answer questions and assist with day-to-day account interactions. The role offers experience in client support, account coordination, and communication within a growing team environment. The representative provides information and support on services, assists with account updates, coordinates appointments and follow-ups, maintains accurate records, reports customer feedback to the team, and represents client services professionally and approachably. The position includes hands-on training and mentorship, opportunities to grow into leadership roles, and experience supporting the well-known home improvement client LeafGuard. Compensation includes weekly pay and performance-based incentives.
