About The Position

AO Globe Life is hiring Entry-Level Benefits Representatives to help veterans, labor union members, credit union members, and their families understand and enroll in valuable life and supplemental health insurance benefits. The company provides comprehensive training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing support. This is a 100% remote position with flexible scheduling and unlimited earning potential. The role involves meeting virtually with members, educating clients on coverage options, assisting with applications and enrollment, conducting policy reviews, and providing exceptional customer service. Participation in weekly coaching and professional development is also required.

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, administration, military service, sales, call centers, or insurance is helpful—but not required.

Responsibilities

Meet virtually with members using Zoom and phone appointments.
Connect with qualified members who have requested benefit information.
Learn about life insurance and supplemental health benefits through comprehensive training.
Educate clients on available coverage options in a clear, professional manner.
Help members complete applications and enrollment paperwork.
Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates.

Maintain accurate documentation while following company and state compliance requirements.
