About The Position

Carvana is hiring an Entry-Level Auto Technician for its vehicle reconditioning operations. The technician performs light maintenance and fluid checks and/or conducts initial inspections to identify vehicle imperfections or repairs needed during reconditioning. The role is based in a high-tech Inspection Center and includes training programs intended to help entry-level employees develop their skills and progress in pay. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 4:00 PM to 3:00 AM. Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of professional automotive repair experience.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment and sometimes be exposed to excessive heat or cold.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must pass a complete background check.
• Must be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Responsibilities
