About The Position

Huntington is transforming its software delivery model to be more product focused and more AI enabled. This role will engage business leaders across the CRB, Commercial, & Enterprise Payments segments to identify opportunities to improve software delivery. The role will lead a set of targeted work streams to prepare our organization to implement and scale AI use cases. This individual will support the leaders of the organization who are driving AI and product transformation.

Requirements

3+ years in strategy, management consulting, or FP&A role.
5+ years operating in either product OR technology leadership.
Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders, finance, and technology teams to shift from a initiative-based to product-based operating model for planning and delivery software.
Work together with a range of cross-bank functions to determine staffing models and operating procedures in support of our product teams. These functions will include data analytics, design, cyber security, infrastructure, risk, operations, legal, compliance, and HR.
Design enterprise-wide processes, including dependency management, intake, prioritization, roadmap planning, and standard cadence.
Other duties as assigned.
