About The Position

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients. The Enterprise Transformation Associate will assist in developing annual operating priorities and strategic growth plans, breaking down complex business challenges, and developing financial models to guide strategic decision-making. The role involves managing cross-functional collaboration, facilitating change management, and preparing executive-level presentations. The associate will also contribute to establishing a disciplined operating model and supporting continuous improvement within the transformation office.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, finance, corporate development, investment banking, or a similarly demanding problem-solving environment.
  • Proficient analytical and financial modeling skills, capable of translating data into meaningful business insights.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint/Slides and Excel/Sheets.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of annual operating priorities and strategic growth plans spanning 3 to 5 years for the Enterprise business.
  • Break down complex business challenges into well-defined hypotheses, analyses, alternatives, and recommendations.
  • Develop financial, scenario, and business case models to guide strategic decision-making, investment evaluations, and go-to-market considerations.
  • Convert data and analytical findings into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration across sales, finance, product, alliances, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Facilitate change management and adoption initiatives to ensure new priorities and methodologies are effectively implemented in field operations.
  • Aggregate data from Salesforce, Tableau, Excel/Sheets, and internal reports to generate actionable insights.
  • Create dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports to enhance visibility into business performance and progress of initiatives.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, business reviews, and decision memos for leadership discussions.
  • Contribute to establishing a more disciplined operating model encompassing planning, business reviews, initiative tracking, and decision-making processes.
  • Support continuous improvement of standards, governance, and working norms within the transformation office.
