At LeeSar/CSF, technology powers the healthcare supply chain that supports hospitals and healthcare providers across Southwest Florida. As an Enterprise Support Specialist II, you'll help maintain and optimize critical enterprise applications including Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle Cloud WMS, and integrated business systems that keep healthcare moving. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years supporting enterprise applications (or 5–7 years in lieu of a degree)
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud, or similar ERP platforms
  • Strong SQL and REST API experience
  • Knowledge of enterprise integrations and system troubleshooting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and business teams
  • Healthcare or supply chain technology experience is a plus
  • The position emphasizes experience with Oracle platforms, SQL, REST APIs, enterprise integrations, documentation, troubleshooting, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Providing Tier II support for enterprise applications
  • Troubleshooting complex application and integration issues
  • Supporting Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud WMS, APIs, and enterprise system integrations
  • Leading quarterly patching, regression testing, and release management activities
  • Collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders to improve system performance
  • Developing documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures
  • Mentoring Tier I Support Specialists while helping drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Supporting mission-critical business applications that enable healthcare operations every day
  • The role includes troubleshooting, application support, integration maintenance, release management, user training, and participation in an on-call rotation as needed.
