Enterprise Solution Architect ( Supply Chain)
About The Position
Blue Yonder is a leading AI-driven Digital Supply Chain platform provider. We empower organizations worldwide to optimize their supply chains through planning, execution, commerce, and data solutions. As an Enterprise Solution Architect, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders, leading the architecture, design, and implementation of complex enterprise-scale supply chain solutions. You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Professional Services, and customer leadership teams to deliver innovative, scalable, and high-performing solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. This role requires expertise in enterprise architecture, supply chain business processes, AI-enabled applications, system integration, and large-scale customer transformations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, , or related field.
- Min 10+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, consulting, software implementation, or enterprise applications.
- Experience designing and implementing large-scale enterprise software solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and integration architectures.
- Experience leading customer-facing technical engagements.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence technical and business stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
- Experience working within cross-functional global teams.
Nice To Haves
- We strongly prefer someone who have worked on Blue Yonder Supply chain products ( or any other supply chain products) and solutions with our customers
- Experience with Blue Yonder solutions and supply chain technologies.
- Deep knowledge of Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Order Management, Transportation Management, Warehouse Management, or Fulfillment.
- Experience with AI/ML-enabled business applications.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
- Cloud certifications including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience supporting global implementation programs and digital transformations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture design for large-scale enterprise implementations.
- Define solution strategies that align with customer business objectives and technology roadmaps.
- Ensure solution scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
- Designing and implementing end-to-end enterprise architectures, system integrations, including autonomous workflows, APIs, data pipelines, and secure, scalable platforms.
- Supply Chain Management, including AI/ML Luminate Demand Edge (LDE), Luminate Allocation (LA), SCPO Demand and Fulfillment, Inventory Optimization (IO), Probabilistic Perpetual Inventory (PPI), and Portfolio Merchandise Management (PMM)
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customer executives, business leaders, and technical teams.
- Facilitate architecture workshops, discovery sessions, and solution reviews.
- Translate business requirements into technical solution architectures.
- Present recommendations, roadmaps, and architectural decisions to executive audiences.
- Define enterprise integration architectures across Blue Yonder applications and third-party systems.
- Design data flows, API strategies, and interoperability frameworks.
- Guide cloud-native and SaaS implementation approaches.
- Ensure successful integration across planning, execution, and data platform capabilities.
- Drive adoption of AI/ML-driven supply chain solutions.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to leverage emerging technologies.
- Evaluate new capabilities and develop scalable architecture patterns.
- Support innovation initiatives that enhance customer business value.
- Provide architecture oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mitigate technical risks and resolve complex solution challenges.
- Mentor consultants, architects, and implementation teams.
- Contribute reusable assets, methodologies, and best practices.
