About The Position

Neo Security is hiring an Enterprise Sales Representative to own new business acquisition across a book of large enterprise accounts, based in New England. The representative will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through technical evaluation, negotiation, and close, selling to security, IT, and engineering leaders at organizations modernizing how they protect their environments. The role partners closely with Sales Development, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing to build pipeline and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals. It is suited to a consultative seller with experience closing six- and seven-figure security or infrastructure software deals who wants to help build a growing enterprise sales team. The position covers enterprise and named accounts across New England and the broader territory, with a hybrid schedule and regional travel as needed. The representative is responsible for meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual quota, maintaining accurate Salesforce forecasts and pipeline records, and developing customer relationships after the sale to support renewals, expansion, and references.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience, including at least 2 years selling cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or another technical B2B SaaS product.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota and experience closing deals with six-figure-plus annual contract value.
  • Experience selling to security and/or IT buyers, such as CISOs, security engineers, and IT or infrastructure leaders, and navigating technical evaluations.
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills, including the ability to diagnose a prospect's security posture and connect it to a compelling business case.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and the longer sales cycles typical of enterprise security purchases.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and standard sales tools such as Outreach or Salesloft, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present confidently to technical and executive audiences.
  • Based in or near New England, able to work a hybrid schedule, and able to travel regionally for customer and prospect meetings as needed.

  • Experience selling into regulated industries common in the New England enterprise market, including financial services, healthcare, or insurance.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance requirements such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST.
  • Experience selling at an early-stage or high-growth startup and helping build a sales motion.
  • Prior experience as an SDR or BDR before moving into a closing role.
  • A technical background, such as prior work in IT, security, or engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Own and run full-cycle sales for a territory of enterprise and named accounts, from prospecting through close.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities, working with SDRs, marketing-sourced leads, and self-sourced outbound.
  • Conduct discovery to understand prospects' security architecture, pain points, and buying processes, and tailor the sales approach accordingly.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering to deliver technical demos, proofs of concept, and security or technical evaluations.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise buying committees, including security, IT, procurement, legal, and executive sponsors, to drive deals to close.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing in partnership with sales leadership and legal, and manage enterprise procurement and security reviews.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce and provide regular updates to sales leadership.
  • Represent Neo Security at regional events, conferences, and customer meetings across New England and the broader territory.
  • Build customer relationships post-sale to support renewals, expansion, and referenceability.
