Zus is a shared health data platform designed to accelerate healthcare data interoperability by providing easy-to-use patient data via API, embedded components, and direct EHR integrations. Founded in 2021 by Jonathan Bush, co-founder and former CEO of athenahealth, Zus partners with HIEs and other data networks to aggregate patient clinical history and then translates that history into user-friendly information at the point of care. Zus's mission is to catalyze healthcare's greatest inventors by maximizing the value of patient insights - so that they can build up, not around. Weâre hiring an elite and technically proficient Sales Director to drive adoption of Zusâs Aggregated Profile (ZAP) and related platform capabilities among technology-enabled value-based care (VBC) organizations. Youâll own complex, technical sales cycles by selling both the value of unified patient data and how it integrates into modern healthcare stacks. This role will report to the Vice President of Growth. Why this roles matters Zus is building the data layer for modern healthcare. As Sales Director, youâll help define how tech-enabled providers, ancillary services, and payers adopt a unified patient record and what they build on top of it. You wonât just sell a product. Youâll help shape how healthcare data gets used. While we're a remote first company, this person will need to collaborate face to face with colleagues, prospects and customers. That could be a few times a month depending on what the business needs.
