About The Position

n8n is seeking an Enterprise SDR to generate high-quality enterprise pipeline for its US business. This role involves prospecting into strategic accounts, engaging with technical buyers, and creating meaningful conversations. The SDR will run a targeted outbound motion, including researching enterprise accounts, identifying key personas, crafting relevant outreach, qualifying early-stage opportunities, and collaborating closely with Enterprise Account Executives (AEs) to build a strong pipeline. This position is ideal for individuals with outbound SDR experience, an interest in technical products, a desire to work in fast-growing environments, and the necessary structure, resilience, and sales acumen to engage senior stakeholders in large organizations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an inbound or outbound SDR role, ideally prospecting into mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS sales environments, including pipeline generation, qualification, and sales processes
  • Ability to identify relevant accounts, qualify opportunities, and create clear business value in early-stage conversations
  • Proficiency in applying structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC to drive consistent deal execution and qualification
  • Strong communication skills, including writing thoughtful outreach, asking good discovery questions, and holding confident conversations with senior stakeholders
  • High emotional intelligence for building rapport quickly, adapting approaches, and navigating conversations with technical and executive-level buyers
  • Proactive working style: self-starter who prepares well, follows up consistently, and takes ownership of results
  • Based in Boston and willing to work from the Boston office 3 days per week with the local team

  • Experience with sales tech tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, or similar platforms
  • Experience selling to technical personas or a strong interest in technical products, automation, AI, or developer-focused tools
  • Examples of consistent quota attainment, President’s Club recognition, or measurable impact in a previous SDR role
  • Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools to improve research, personalization, or productivity
  • Experience prospecting into large organizations and understanding how to identify buying committees, relevant personas, and account priorities

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified enterprise pipeline for n8n by prospecting into strategic US accounts
  • Build targeted account plans with Enterprise AEs, identifying priority companies, personas, pain points, and outreach angles
  • Research technical and business stakeholders across IT, DevOps, SecOps, and related teams to understand where n8n can create value
  • Craft thoughtful, personalized outbound messaging that connects n8n’s automation and AI capabilities to account-specific priorities
  • Run outbound sequences across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to create new conversations with prospective customers
  • Qualify prospects through strong discovery, understanding business needs, technical context, urgency, and fit for n8n
  • Partner tightly with Enterprise AEs to ensure smooth handoffs, strong meeting context, and clear next steps for qualified opportunities
  • Maintain excellent CRM hygiene in Salesforce, keeping account, contact, activity, and opportunity information accurate and up to date
  • Use tools like Outreach, Salesforce, Apollo, and AI tools to improve prospecting, research, personalization, and follow-up
  • Continuously improve messaging, targeting, and qualification approach through coaching, feedback, and performance data
