About The Position

Dragonfly is a global, crypto-native venture capital / research firm with $4B+ in assets under management and 160+ portfolio companies. This is an application to join our talent network, not a listing for an internal role at Dragonfly. We are actively sourcing sales talent in payments and stablecoins for multiple portfolio companies building payments and stablecoin infrastructure. These roles are highly sought after in the crypto industry.

Requirements

  • Sales talent in payments and stablecoins.
  • Crypto startup pedigree (non-negotiable for Head of Strategic Accounts).
  • Infra layer fluency (required for Head of Strategic Accounts).
  • Network that can be utilized on day one.
  • Full lifecycle ownership, pipeline through close.
  • Proven revenue in fintech and payments infra (for Enterprise Account Executive).
  • High agency, moves fast (for Enterprise Account Executive).
  • Payments, fintech, or crypto account management experience (for US Strategic Account Manager).
  • API and integration fluency (for US Strategic Account Manager).

Nice To Haves

  • Payments infrastructure DNA (cross-border, stablecoins, API-driven integrations).

Responsibilities

  • Own and build the entire sales organization (for Senior Director of Sales role).
  • Act as an individual contributor first, then a team builder (for Senior Director of Sales role).
  • Manage and grow strategic accounts within the crypto space (for Head of Strategic Accounts and US Strategic Account Manager roles).
  • Leverage existing network and relationships to drive sales (for Director of Enterprise Sales role).
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, from pipeline generation to closing deals (for Enterprise Account Executive role).
  • Facilitate API and integration understanding for clients (for US Strategic Account Manager role).
