About The Position

The Enterprise Risk Operations Specialist serves as the central intelligence and administrative resource for the ADL Security team, delivering real-time threat assessments and comprehensive operational support to leadership. Core responsibilities encompass proactive threat monitoring, investigative analysis, coordinating executive protection logistics and security protocol compliance for events across all national and regional offices. Additionally, this role acts as a critical cross-functional liaison, ensuring the seamless communication, triage, and escalation of security incidents throughout the organization.

  • Professional experience supporting an organization focused on countering antisemitism, extremism, hate, terrorism, or other mission-driven security challenges, with an understanding of the unique threat environment facing advocacy, nonprofit, or public-interest organizations, is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage departmental reports, briefing materials, and travel itineraries
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records, files, and databases related to security operations and personnel
  • Manage documentation of security incident reports, suspicious activity logs, and internal case files
  • Coordinate logistics for security team meetings, trainings, and departmental planning sessions
  • Monitor and ensure maintenance of physical security systems across 25 regional offices, access control records, and visitor management processes
  • Maintain emergency response documentation and business continuity materials
  • Proactively identify and assess threats against ADL’s executives, personnel, facilities, and brand reputation
  • Collaborate with the security team to provide the intelligence necessary to prepare a comprehensive physical security plan
  • Coordinate logistics for executive protection assignments, including travel arrangements, venue assessments, and itinerary planning, in partnership with Executive Assistants and Security leadership
  • Build and maintain working relationships with executive protection external security vendors, ensuring coordinated and seamless operations in support of the Senior Director of Security and VP of Global Security & Safety
