About The Position

The Enterprise Relationship Executive – Farmer is responsible for driving retention, renewal execution, and expansion growth across a defined portfolio of enterprise accounts. This role ensures value realization, long-term customer relationships, and predictable recurring revenue while operating within a scalable sales system.

  • Proven success in net-new business acquisition.
  • Experience in pipeline generation and deal execution.

  • Salesforce CRM and forecasting expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and maintain executive relationships
  • Drive consistent engagement cadence including onsite and QBRs
  • Act as primary commercial point of contact
  • Own renewal strategies and negotiation execution
  • Align to procurement cycles and mitigate risk
  • Drive predictable renewal outcomes
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop value-based proposals
  • Expand wallet share in competitive “White-Space”
  • Build multi-year account plans
  • Identify risks and growth opportunities
  • Align to corporate strategy
  • Lead QBRs and value realization discussions
  • Align stakeholders to outcomes
  • Own accurate forecasting and deal planning.
  • Maintain Salesforce CRM hygiene and opportunity documentation.
