ENTERPRISE PROGRAM MANAGER

PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT RESOURCES INC•Lutz, FL

About The Position

The Enterprise Program Manager drives complex, cross-functional initiatives toward intended business outcomes, coordinating work across departments when no single function has the authority or visibility to deliver alone. The role surfaces missed commitments, unresolved dependencies, resource constraints, and decision gaps to functional and executive leadership and drives timely resolution. It is also accountable for the health of the enterprise initiative portfolio, assessing organizational capacity, surfacing competing priorities and sequencing conflicts, and recommending which initiatives should start, stop, continue, or be reprioritized. Functional leaders retain accountability for departmental deliverables and resources; this role owns cross-functional orchestration, dependency management, enterprise visibility, and escalation, not departmental execution, staffing decisions, or technical delivery within a single function. Initially, this is an individual-contributor role with a single hire. It may take on management of staff or contractors as enterprise initiative volume grows. The position maintains executive portfolio reporting, including dashboards spanning Monday.com and Azure DevOps/Jira, and owns the governance model, architecture, and adoption standards for enterprise initiative tracking. It does not include tactical Monday.com administration or verification of every department’s individual inputs. The posting identifies the position as full-time and hybrid, with a listed job location of Lutz, Florida and a work-environment note specifying Tampa, Florida, with at least three days per week in the office. The posting marks the location details and other work terms as assumptions to confirm. Travel is described as limited, primarily for cross-departmental or executive working sessions, with the percentage to be confirmed.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of program or project management experience, including 3–5+ years managing cross-functional or enterprise-level initiatives rather than single-team delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience operating within or building a formal enterprise or portfolio-level PMO function.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple functions, such as Product, IT, Finance, Sales, Marketing, or Operations, rather than within a single department.
  • Experience operating in a lean, resource-constrained organization and comfort working without a large supporting team.
  • A demonstrated track record of influencing executive stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment on strategic priorities without formal authority over the teams involved.
  • Ability to drive commitments from functional leaders across departments the role does not manage.
  • Ability to assess organizational capacity, sequencing, and priority trade-offs and make recommendations rather than only report status.
  • Ability to establish and facilitate governance structures appropriate to initiative complexity and secure and sustain engagement from named sponsors.
  • Ability to translate operational detail into concise executive summaries and strategic direction into guidance for contributors.
  • Ability to work effectively in a role without an existing internal playbook and create structure where none exists.
  • Diplomatic persistence in following up with peers and senior stakeholders in other departments without formal reporting-line leverage.
  • Proficiency in responsibly and effectively leveraging AI tools in accordance with organizational AI governance policies and guidelines.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification.
  • Change management certification, such as Prosci/ADKAR, relevant to adoption-heavy initiatives.
  • Experience with systems or tooling migrations, including anticipated initiatives such as CRM consolidation.
  • Prior experience managing direct reports or contractors.
  • Familiarity with psychological assessment, healthcare, or SaaS/EdTech domains.

Responsibilities

  • Drive named enterprise initiatives toward their intended business outcomes, coordinating interdependent work across departments.
  • Identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies and blockers, escalating issues that require decisions beyond the role’s authority.
  • Maintain enterprise-level initiative visibility so leadership can identify which initiatives require intervention.
  • Facilitate governance structures such as steering committees, sponsor check-ins, and decision logs, scaled to initiative complexity.
  • Assess organizational capacity against current and proposed initiative load and flag commitments that exceed delivery capacity.
  • Surface competing priorities and sequencing conflicts across initiatives and recommend resolutions.
  • Identify stalled or at-risk initiatives and recommend whether to start, stop, continue, or reprioritize them.
  • Challenge whether the organization is pursuing the right initiatives at the right time and with sufficient capacity, and bring recommendations to functional and executive leadership.
  • Maintain portfolio-level reporting for executive leadership, including dashboards spanning Monday.com and Azure DevOps/Jira.
  • Own the governance model, architecture, standards, and adoption of Monday.com as the enterprise tracking tool, including required fields, boards, update cadences, and contributor adoption.
  • Surface missed commitments, unresolved dependencies, resource constraints, and decision gaps to functional and executive leadership and drive timely resolution.
  • Coordinate across functions while respecting functional leaders’ accountability for departmental deliverables and resources.
  • Demonstrate responsible and effective use of artificial intelligence tools in accordance with organizational policies, applying AI-assisted capabilities to improve productivity, decision quality, and work outcomes.
